Academic Support and Study Areas at Eaglecrest

During their study periods, Eaglecrest students can get Academic Support in a variety of areas. 

Math Resource Center (E104)

The Math Resource Center (MRC) is a place students can go for Math support.  The MRC is staffed every period by both student tutors and staff members skilled in various areas of Math.

Writing Center (back of the Library)

The Writing Center is staffed by students who have completed or are currently enrolled in an AP course.  Students can come for writing support in any content area.

Testing Center (S366)

The Testing Center is a place where students can go to make up a test or complete test corrections they missed in class. This must be scheduled through their classroom teacher.


Academic Support Resources

Departments that have contributed resources for Academic support have housed those resources in Schoology.  You can access those resources by visiting the Academic Resources for Student Support Page.


Study Areas

There are also several places where students can go to study during their study periods.

Library

The library is a quiet to silent environment where students can go for independent study. Computers, laptops and a printer are also available for student use.  Students must have an ID and be on a study period to access the Library.

Math Resource Center (E104)

Students can use the MRC for quiet independent study. Computers and tutors are available for students to access while in the MRC.  Students must sign in.

Media Production Center (M162)

The Media Production Center (MPC) is a less quiet environment where students can go for independent or small group study. Computers and a printer are also available for student use.  Students must have an ID and be on a study period to access the MPC.
