Course Registration for 2019-2020

Registration for the 2019-2020 school year has closed.

Over the next two months counselors and department coordinators will be reviewing course requests to make sure students are properly placed. A signature page will be sent home for parents in April.

If you are new to the area and will be registering with Eaglecrest for next school year, there are two things you need to do:
  1. Beginning April 1st you will be able to go to the District Admissions office and enroll your student for next school year. Please click here for information so you have all the documents you need when you enroll your student.
  2. Once you have looked at the electives please call the Counseling Office at (720)886-1175 to make an appointment with a counselor. The course requests worksheet that lists all courses available are available to view and download. Please choose the grade level your student will be next school year. It is very helpful if you bring this filled out in pencil to the counseling appointment.

Registration Procedure for 2019-2020

  1. Download the 2019-2020 Course Registration Guide (on the right).
  2. Use the Registration Worksheet you were given in Math class.  If you need a copy, print out the Registration Worksheet (on the right) for the grade you will be in 2019-2020.
  3. Use the Registration Worksheet to plan which courses and alternates you would like to choose.
  4. Once registration has been completed, counselors and teachers will be reviewing course requests this spring.
  5. In April, a parent signature page will come home after all course requests have been reviewed.
