The Records Office will be closed from Wednesday, June 21st through Tuesday, July 4th. Please call us back on July 5th for any records you may need. If you need immediate assistance during that time, please call the main office at 720-886-1000.

Former students and parents of former students not yet 18 years old can request student records by calling the Eaglecrest Records Office at 720-886-1190. Parents cannot request records for students currently over 18 years old. There is a $5.00 fee for all transcripts; official or unofficial.
Student Records Requests
If your student has withdrawn from Eaglecrest and will be attending a new school, please have that school fax a records request to 720-886-1195.
Please allow 24 hours for any records you may need. Parents and guardians—we will need to see your photo ID upon release of all records.
Please send all Education Verifications and signed release forms for Eaglecrest High School graduates, to the Cherry Creek School District Admissions and Student Records office via fax to 720-886-7494 and indicate the best method to respond to your request. (i.e.: fax, phone, email, etc.) You should receive a response within three business days of their receipt of the request.
