2024 Mill & Bond - Investing in Excellence

Thanks to the support of our community, the Cherry Creek School District can continue to deliver excellence for our students, staff, and community.

The overwhelming support for the 2024 Mill and Bond helps to ensure high-quality teachers, innovation and in-demand career training, and safe, healthy schools for all students. The 2024 Bond is funding capital construction improvements across the district, with many of the projects underway.

One of the major renovations will be the expansion of Eaglecrest High School's existing cafeteria by approximately 1,000 square feet to increase seating capacity, improve accessibility, and provide outdoor seating options. The serving area will be upgraded with a state of the art serving line and expanded to include an additional line, improving flow and reducing student wait times.

In addition, new turf fields will be installed on the baseball and softball fields. Both the running track surface and walking path will be replaced. The pool will receive a new filtration system and the pool bleachers will be replaced. The pool locker rooms will be renovated to provide modern shower amenities and replace the old, damaged lockers.

Other upgrades to the high school include replacement of major rooftop mechanical equipment, replacement of the main electrical service, and painting throughout the building.
