Dear Eaglecrest High School Parents and Guardians,
We want to remind you about the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduled for next Wednesday, October 7th. These conferences provide an excellent opportunity for you to meet with your child's teachers and discuss progress towards their academic goals.
Our teachers will be available during this time to meet with you and discuss your child's academic progress. We encourage you to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to gain insight into their progress, address any concerns, and collaborate with the educators who are committed to your child's success.
To make the most of your conference time, we recommend that you come prepared with any questions or topics you would like to discuss and try to keep the conference to 5 minutes. Active participation in your child's education is greatly appreciated and contributes significantly to growth and success for each and every student.
For families who may require translation services, translators will be available to assist during the conferences. Our goal is to ensure that all parents and guardians can effectively communicate with teachers.
If you are unable to attend on October 7th, but would still like to discuss your child's progress, please reach out to individual teachers to schedule an alternative meeting time that is convenient for both you and them.
